You can call me Rita, I have other names (most people do) but I like that one for here.

I'm a Tradition Catholic, Pro Life, was home schooled, have seven brothers and sisters, and am still living with most of them on the Minnesota hobby farm that I grew up on.

I like to write but have been terribly undisciplined about it (you can read more about that journey on my other Blog, Running For Words.) I also like digital photography (more about that latter.) I love to read and my top authors list includes; J. R. R. Tolkien, Lewis L'Amour, Brian Jacques, and Regina Doman .

Mostly About the Blog

I'm still developing my focus but right now you'll be seeing a lot of photos and with  pro life posts thrown in with what ever else I'm inspired to write about. This blog isn't focused on religion (though some post are) but Catholicism is very much a part of my life and I hope all my posts reflect that.

Most of my photo posts are simply for sharing what I see around me, so how often I post that sort of thing depends on how inspiring the world is (and how co-operative the weather is being)

There's really no telling what else could end up here so be prepared for a few odd bits here and there (this post comes to mind) Don't forget to check a posts 'tags' if you're looking for more on something, I try and link topics together that way.
